J&M Suites offers premium serviced apartment rentals in Qingdao. Our mission is to provide affordable but superior short term residential accommodations to the discerning customer.

J&M Suites has two locations: J&M Suites Standard and J&M Suites Premium. Both are situated on Hong Kong Rd, in the center of the commercial district of Qingdao and are within 5 min walk of each other. The apartments are within walking distance to major commercial buildings such as Sunshine Plaza, Time Square, Carrefour Supermarket, convenience stores, and several bars and restaurants. Guests enjoy all the comforts of its convenience as well as excellent amenities within the buildings.

We have 120 tastefully decorated serviced apartments and we are continuously improving the quality of our accommodations as well as our services and hope that our customers’ stay is as comfortable as possible. Customers may rent the apartments on a daily, weekly or monthly basis so that they have all the flexibility they need.
